Who We Are
Greenridgeadventures Hotel is an independently operated accommodation provider in Geelong, positioned to serve both leisure travellers exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road, and business guests attending events at the Geelong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Our focus is on attentive, unhurried hospitality that fits the relaxed coastal character Geelong is loved for.
Our History
The hotel opened its doors in 2013, when a local hospitality group recognised that Geelong's growing events calendar and rising visitor numbers deserved a mid-scale property with genuine personality rather than a chain formula. Over the past twelve years we have steadily refined our offering - expanding our breakfast programme in 2018, completing a full room refurbishment in 2021, and adding the rooftop terrace in 2023.
Our Team & Expertise
Our front-of-house team averages over eight years of hospitality experience, with several staff members holding Certificate IV in Hospitality through TAFE Geelong. The hotel manager brings fifteen years of accommodation management across Victoria, including properties in the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula, and leads the team with a strong emphasis on local knowledge and guest care.
Practical Information
Working Hours: Front Desk: 24 hours, 7 days. Restaurant: Mon–Fri 7:00–10:00 and 18:00–21:00, Sat–Sun 7:00–11:00 and 18:00–21:00.
Booking: Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone, or by emailing the front desk directly - we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, particularly for weekend stays and event periods. Walk-in bookings are welcome subject to availability.
Cancellations: Guests may cancel or modify a booking at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night retention fee.
Payment: Payment is a one-time charge per stay, due in full at check-in - no ongoing or subscription billing applies. — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS, bank transfer (for corporate accounts), and cash are all accepted at the front desk.
